Brushless 24V DC gear motors are advanced solutions for applications requiring precise and reliable movements, such as in pellet heating systems, including stoves, boilers, and boilers. These gear motors consist of a brushless low-voltage motor coupled with a variable-speed flat gearbox.

- 12–24 V DC brushless motor: brushless technology ensures quiet operation, a long service life and greater energy efficiency. Furthermore, the motor boasts a compact design, with a diameter of 36 mm.
- Rated torque up to 35 Nm: The high torque allows large quantities of pellets to be moved with ease, improving the system’s efficiency.
- Variable speed up to 50 rpm: The speed can be adjusted up to a maximum of 50 rpm, but the ability to reduce the speed to as little as 1/10 of the maximum allows for fine control of combustion and thermal efficiency.
- On-board control: The gear motors are equipped with integrated control, enabling easy and immediate management of the system. A 0-10V analogue input is available, enabling precise control and advanced speed regulation.
