MCZ Group has always been one of the Italian brands in the sector that have stood out for their attention to design. In fact, the first important recognition dates back to 2011, the IF Design Award obtained with the Toba pellet stove. Recently he started three collaborations with as many international design brands: Patricia Urquiola, Paola Navone and Michael Geldmacher.

Michael Geldmacher underlined the unexpected harmony between technicians and designers, not always so obvious in other sectors in which he worked. “Sometimes I really have to fight to convince the technical office of the need for details,” said the German designer. “With MCZ people, however, there was an immediate harmony. An identical concept between designer and engineer”.

With the Reflex stove Michael Geldmacher gave space to an emotional vision of the fire in which the flame is not directly seen, making the effect particularly suggestive.

Careful aesthetics, therefore, but without forgetting yields and efficiency.
