ATAG has a vast catalog of extrusion moldings for rubber profiles, foam and co-extruded rubber, especially for EPDM and silicone blends. We use modern molding machines capable to produce also large dimensions pieces. We mould all types of rubber, where screws or casings in metal or PTFE can also be inserted.
We process high-temperature vulcanised silicone rubber (HTV) and liquid silicone rubber (LSR) in state-of-the-art processes such as extrusion and injection moulding.
We have also self polymerizing plastic sheathing with low thermal conductivity to ensure insulation and protection from heat.
RUBBER MOULDINGS: We are able to produce moulded rubber and rubber/metal composite items to specific designs, with the type of rubber being a function of the application and by means of the most appropriate method (compression, transfer and injection moulding).
EXTRUDED PROFILES:. We are able to supply custom-made profiles with rubber qualities of all types, creating the appropriate extrusion tool. We already have thousands of extrusion dies for silicone rubber and EPDM that meet multiple engineering needs.
