The HERZ pelletstar condensation is the ultimate pellet combustion system, achieving efficiency levels unimaginable just a few years ago. It is built with HERZ Industrial technology and features a stainless steel heat exchanger. The burner, made from aerospace-grade stainless steel, is designed for continuous high temperatures and is fully self-cleaning.
It includes flexible screw fuel transport, automatic ignition, and a modulating fan adaptable to all temperatures. The system offers comprehensive temperature and buffer tank management, including domestic hot water (DHW) boilers and heating circuits. It seamlessly integrates with solar thermal and various modules for enhanced energy efficiency.
The remote control system allows operation via smartphone, tablet, or PC. Combustion is regulated through an automated system that processes data from the boiler’s temperature sensors, flue gas extractor, and Lambda sensor, ensuring optimal performance and minimal emissions.
