MIA 90 is a kitchen of the Cooking range of Ravelli.
The Cooking System of Ravelli is inspired by the original art of cooking the natural way, Cooking unites tradition and technological innovation, transforming the evocative nature of fire into a fun everyday ritual that – even today – can be passed from generation to generation.

The MIA 90 model by Ravelli represents the evolution of traditional wood-burning kitchens with all the comforts of a modern pellet stove and it’s characterised by the possibility of favouring the cooking or heating function according to the need of the moment.

The simple and linear look goes well with the ceramic hob in silk-screened glass that maintains dishes at an even heat. For even more cooking power a cast iron cooking plate, over the combustion chamber, is set into the elegant glass top.

The oven is large, illuminated and equipped with a door with double glazing.

Thanks to the unique configuration and insulation of the oven, the Cooking system cooks food evenly and consistently, reaching temperatures of over 300°C to enhance the flavours and properties of the ingredients.
This last one, thanks to the electrical resistance, is also able to operate even with the flame off in order to ensure operation even during the summer season.

All heating and cooking functions are easily controlled by the handheld remote control with integrated thermostat.

MIA 90 has the self-cleaning firepot patented by Ravelli, key feature of the Zero Philosophy stove range that has been conceived on three principles of daily well-being:
