Gusto is the Multi-Cooking oven, with the combustion chamber separated from the cooking area, allowing the oven to get exceptional temperatures, for roasting, baking and cooking pizza, with a low wood consumption and limited heating time.
Oven with stainless steel and anthracite painted steel livery. Cooking chamber on 3 levels of stainless steel and refractory plates, with double ventilation and lighting.
