Blue Fire catalysts are integrated into the burning chamber of furnaces and used in fireplaces in whole europe.
Blue Fire catalysts enable manufacturers of furnaces to safely undercut strongest emission levels with possible reduction of CO and OGC of upt to 80% and also reduce up to 80% of polycyclic aromatics, which are known as precursors of particulate matter (fine dust).
They are used directly below the flame protection baffle into the hot zone of the flame tips and also behind the flame protection baffle, in the secondary burning chamber.
With more than 60 different catalytic active coatings we can manufacture the catalysts exactly for customer specified usecases.
Integration into the exhaust gas pipe or into the chimney are also possible places for using Blue Fire catalysts.
