The BioClass HM boiler, whose electronic modulation makes it cost effective with up to 94% efficiency, reduces fuel consumption so the investment can be quickly recouped.  –

The electronic modulation in the Bioclass HM boiler continuously provides the power required by adapting boiler output to the installation requirements.

EASY TO USE – HIGH OPERATIONAL AUTONOMY

The boiler can be paired with a pellet hopper of 195 Kg or 350-Kg. Furthermore, the boiler’s ample ash-drawer makes it possible to add an ash compactor that can be emptied every 4 months or so.

Simple, intuitive display. Hydraulic kits are available so that different zones can be heated. Everything can be managed on the boiler display.

AUTOMATIC CLEANING SYSTEM

This boiler is equipped with a fully automatic cleaning system. Spiral coils are used to keep the heat exchanger clean and maintain the efficiency of the boiler. Besides, turbulators are also provided to increase the efficiency even more.

The burner has also an automatic ash cleaning system. The lower part of the burner combustion chamber is equipped with a cleaning system that regularly sends ashes generated during combustion to the ash drawer. The cleaning also occurs whilst the burner is in operation, which reduces boiler consumption and reduces emissions.

HOTSTREAM SYSTEM

BioClass HM boilers are equipped with an innovative preheated return system, which avoids complex mixing systems to prevent condensation that may form as a result of cold returns from the system.
