This year’s great novelty for the world of wood burning cookers is the new Alaska model, the technical and aesthetic evolution of the successful America model. Developed from over 50 years’ experience in this sector, this product is the result of attention and care for details, with a unique, recognisable, and functional design, a knowledgeable choice of materials for a long-lasting construction quality.
Thanks to the wide 78 l enamelled oven, the large, high-thickness plate, and the 3 cast-iron rings to cook on, Alaska is the ideal tool for your kitchen, so you can rediscover the flavour and tradition of cooking with wood. As well as its other yields, the robust materials and the renewed smoke ventilation system are synonymous with efficiency and excellent performance, fully compliant with restrictive European and international standards. Proof of this commitment to respect the environment, the Alaska model is currently being certified to obtain a 5-star Clean Air classification.
The external casing, the doors and the body are made of enamelled cast iron, the sides are made of enamelled steel, while the chrome handrails and the handy wood-storing drawers enhance the aesthetics and usability of this model, one of the largest in its category. Lastly, the large hearth is equipped with an adjustable cast-iron grid and is clad in Nordiker® fire-resistant material to best bring out the beauty of the fire.
