With the Omnia Advance Termoboiler, we have achieved water efficiencies 94.8% at maximum power, minimum CO emissions 19mg (well below the maximum imposed limit of 25mg), dust values 5.3mg (well below the maximum imposed limit of 10mg); all of which has resulted in a top-of-the-line 5-star, Eco Design boiler.
The Termoboiler Omnia Advance boiler, given its high efficiency, condenses at low temperatures. The area affected by condensation (lower part), was made of stainless steel, equipped with a condensate drain conveyor, this condition does not provide any discomfort for the boiler. We are waiting for the relevant regulations to be able to approve such a condensing boiler.
The use of the biomass boiler in combination with the solar thermal and/or heat pump has made it necessary to develop a water accumulator of significant size (600 liters), into which heat transfer fluids from multiple energy sources with different working temperatures will flow. Specifically, this involves the realization of the integrated storage of two distinct components, sized so as to have one part at a higher temperature, for the production of instantaneous domestic water and the other to handle thermovector fluids at a lower temperature, this in order to best optimize the heat exchange of the boiler.
Solar, such a system allows to connect up to 8/10sqm of solar panels and Hybrid, to connect a heat pump with a heating capacity of up to 18 kW. The large storage makes the Omnia Advance thermoboiler, extremely flexible and suitable for any type of system on the market. Especially suitable on low-temperature systems thanks to the combinable electronic mixing unit (standard in the Hybrid version).
In a single module we have: pellet boiler, 600-liter puffer, all the hydronics necessary for operation and pellet tank; this makes it extremely compact and economical in installation. The pellet tank is modular, size according to need from a minimum capacity of 100kg up to 300kg.
Another important aspect is the brazier assembly and pellet loading system. The Omnia Advance thermoboiler has emission values such that it can access any incentive in our territory and complies with all current European regulations. This has been achieved thanks to a burner with a preheating duct assisted by a constant dosage of fuel inside the brazier, through an integrated two-stage metering system.
The special flue gas pass, the position of the exchangers, allow the best use of the combustion flue gas with efficiencies of 95 percent to water. Their position inside the accumulator takes into account the different temperatures of the water in the boiler, so we achieved the heat transfer of combustion gases in an optimal way while safeguarding the efficiency of the exchangers over time. This system increases efficiency and reduces consumption by 25%.
The boiler has Omnia automatic brazier cleaning (Laminox patent) and mechanized, automatic turbulator cleaning, minimizing the end customer’s intervention. Elimination is also done automatically thanks to a two-stage ash compactor that conveys ash residue inside the handy trolley, for long intervals of cleaning by the user.
The special design, of the Omnia Advance Termoboiler, allows access to all boiler components through the front doors with ease, leaving free access to all components affected by annual maintenance.
The Omnia Advance Thermoboiler is managed by software designed to optimally coordinate the different working configurations. Thanks to a TFT display, the user can clearly and quickly access the various working modes and all working parameters in real time.
The working modes present are:
– STANDARD MODE: pellet operation
– COMBINED MODE: the boiler works together with other energy sources (heat pump and/or solar panels) and intervenes when these do not maintain the set reference values.
