The wood oven pizza is made of special materials that can withstand all weather conditions. Clementino can be a wood-fired outdoor or indoor oven. It has been designed to be easily placed on any surface suitable for this use thanks to the support feet, even on the home balcony.
THE DIFFERENCE IN DETAILS
The cooking chamber is made of 3 cm refractory stone certified for food use. 3 cm rockwool insulation between the cooking chamber and roof to avoid heat dispersion. A trolley on wheels is available as an optional.
