Rizzoli presents the new ZVI Series, a wood-burning cooker that has gained more and more approval over time thanks to its smart features.
Compared to the previous model we find many new features, especially from the technological and construction point of view. Two models are available: ZVI 60 and ZVI 80. Discover all the features.
New:
- Surround Heat® safe surround with 3 mm side clearance (without forced ventilation)
- New combustion chamber with 20% larger volume
- New Shiny Glass® system for optimal glass cleaning through special heated air flows
- Serigraphed ceramic glass for a unique design
- Stainless steel oven complete with baking tray on telescopic guides and multi-level oven grill
- Adjustable height of the wood cooker with reinforced levelling feet (h. 850-910 mm)
- Adjustable rear flue outlet
- Fume outlet ZVI 80: multi-smoke above centre and rear right, pre-set for outlet on right side (can be used with optional kit)

- Surface in AISI 304 stainless steel, 30 mm thick and splashback integrated in the top (60×15 mm – hxp)
- Radiant plate with PC2 cast iron rims ø 238 mm
- Firebox in refractory material with depth of 405 mm
