Etatech srl of Merano (BZ) has been manufacturing industrial biomass plants for over 20 years. In particular, Etatech designs and manufactures woody biomass plants with powers starting from 200 kW and reaching powers of 10 MW. There are large industrial boilers, for the production of technical hot water for heating structures and/or for production processes, replacing common methane gas, LPG or diesel generators, which create substantial reductions in operating costs and important environmental benefits deriving from the use of an abundant renewable energy resource in our rural areas.

Etatech delivers and installs heating systems, even with the turnkey formula, complete with all the necessary components, from the fuel loading system, to the technical water tanks, to the automatic ash extraction system, to the combustion chamber, up to the control panel.

The range of Etatech boilers can be divided into different types, designed for the different fuels used by our customers. These range in specificity, if you use woodworking shavings, virgin wood processing waste, wood chips even with high moisture and ash content, fresh forestry biomass or bark waste, we also supply boilers that can be powered by pellets or industrial pellets. Thanks to these specific designs and our decades of experience, Etatech guarantees a safe result for each type of system built. All models are available in the versions with water at 95 °C, with steam under pressure up to 10 Bar.

Our boilers are all approved and certifies according to the most restrictive regulations in force in the Italian and European territory, which allow access to incentives, such as White Certificates, Thermal Account 2.0 and or Provincial Calls.

Our internal technical office will be able on behalf of our customers to produce all the documents and applications to benefit from them and in some areas, even for their transfer to us.

To date, we have more than 200 plants built and functioning throughout Italy.
